Printer Paper Problems

One of the biggest annoyances I have in my life is the fact that lined paper and printed paper are not the same size. So when you go to staple an extra sheet to your math test, you have to carefully line them up so the holes match. You can't just do the tap thing so the bottoms are even. No, you have to methodically match up the holes and carefully staple the sheets together. I mean, why aren't they the same size? Life would be much easier if they were. Do the lined and printer paper companies have a rivalry on which size is better or something?
