I'm a huge Harry Potter fan, and I found this great video about being snubbed at the Oscars.

I was texting my friend (who shall remain nameless) last Monday. We aren't close, but she invited me over to her house. I was at field hockey, so I couldn't. When I was free later, she was going out to paint her room. We were texting back and forth about her new,purple room. Flash to Wednesday. She and I were going to hang out over at her house on Thursday, when I mentioned I was at my brother Alex's basketball game. Here's our conversation.
Her: Alex who?
Me: Really?
Her: alex who?
Me: My brother
Her: O wait which katie is this?
Me: (last name)
Her: Oh haha i thought this was katie my neighbor thats y i was wondering if u were around

Awkward, anybody? This is an important lesson for texters: Always check to make sure that you're texting who you think you're texting. And always put last initials on duplicate names.
